For a 14 year old growing up in the city, graffiti was as much of a viable past time for me as little league baseball or soccer. I painted under bridges, inside abandoned buildings, and on freight trains, every chance I got. Graffiti taught me a lot of things like composition, scale, and color theory. It also gave me a fierce competitive spirit, and the drive to be the best artist I can be. I owe a lot to graffiti, and although I don't paint as much as I'd like to now days, I still try to rock a wall whenever and wherever possible...
This wildstyle piece was painted in the ATL last summer...
...and she accompanied the piece!
