New Digital Pinstriping Design...

I just completed a new pinstriping design rendered digitally that I plan to use for Tshirts and stickers. I will post when I have them printed, and how to get some...
...and here are some striping designs done the old fashioned way, with paint and a brush...
...stripes around some old school lettering...
...and striping behind a skull and bones painted with 1 Shot at a bike rally...

Want Some Ink?

I am now tattooing at Fastlane Tattoo by appointment only. Anyone wanting to get work done, please message me.
Here's two designs off my tattoo flash set I finished recently. It's all black and grey, and features gangsters, gats, and girls. I will post more later...

The Aztec Warrior Bike...

Sometimes I create art for people who turn out to be assholes, and sometimes I create art for people who turn into great friends. This is Juan, and he came to me wanting a Aztec warrior airbrushed on his bike. Juan is one of the coolest people I've met in a long time, and I'm proud to now say he's my friend. Along with the skull warrior on the sides of the tank, I also did a gold leaf Aztec sun on the rear fender, and statue on the front. In the end, he got a wicked paint job, and I got a new friend.

My First Love...

For a 14 year old growing up in the city, graffiti was as much of a viable past time for me as little league baseball or soccer. I painted under bridges, inside abandoned buildings, and on freight trains, every chance I got. Graffiti taught me a lot of things like composition, scale, and color theory. It also gave me a fierce competitive spirit, and the drive to be the best artist I can be. This wildstyle piece was painted in the ATL last summer...
...and she accompanied the piece!

This is How You Paint a Civic...

Here's a recent step-by-step article I wrote for AutoArt Magazine showing how to paint realistic fire and negative tribal on a  import tuner...

...and here's the finished product...

Almost a Lost Art...

Hand painted lettering is almost a lost art. It has been brought to the edge of extinction by computer cut vinyl lettering and digital printers. Only a few sign makers still use paint and brushes anymore, and it's rare that newcomers learn the craft at all. As more and more of the old-timers pass away, the art of sign writing fades away also.
Here's a tailgate I lettered using varigated leaf for the fill of the letters...
and here's a banner I painted using lettering quills and the airbrush.

Pocket Panels...

Last year while visiting my ace Brian Papa, we banged out roughly 50 miniature pinstriping panels in one night. Each metal panel was about 1.5 X 3 inches, and we gave them out to friends we ran into at the SEMA show in Vegas. The tiny panels were a big hit...

...this one gotta be a world record!
